We teach classical Hatha Yoga as our foundation — the mother of all yoga styles. This includes traditional asana sequences, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. The 300 Hour program also incorporates Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
We deliberately keep our batches small — maximum 15–18 students — to ensure every student receives personal attention, individual adjustments, and a genuine connection with the teachers. Quality over quantity is our commitment.
Absolutely. Our training is specifically designed to produce confident, competent yoga teachers. You will have substantial teaching practice throughout the course, including real-world teaching practicum sessions. By graduation you will be fully ready to lead your own classes.

Yes — Rishikesh is considered one of the safest destinations in India for solo travelers, including solo women. It is a spiritual, vegetarian town with a strong international yoga community. Our ashram is gated, and our staff are always available to assist students.
Most nationalities require a visa to enter India. We recommend applying for an e-Visa (Tourist Visa) online at the official Indian government website — it's usually processed within 3–5 business days. A student visa is NOT required for yoga TTC programs. Please check requirements for your specific nationality.

You should bring: comfortable, modest yoga clothing (shorts are not appropriate in ashram settings), a light shawl or wrap for meditation, any personal medications, sunscreen, insect repellent, a journal, and an open heart. Full packing list sent after booking.
